Replacement Policy
Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
- GOVO will repair the product or provide a replacement or defective certificate, as applicable. The time taken for resolution will be as per GOVO warranty policies.
- If the product is received physically damaged or in defective condition, customers must report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the product to qualify for a replacement.
- In case you receive damaged or defective product, please report the same to our website support team immediately. The request will, however, be entertained once a GOVO team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by GOVO.
- If the product received does not match what was displayed on the website or differs from the specified details, the customer must inform the support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take appropriate action.
- For a replacement, the entire product package, including the product and all its accessories, must be returned.No replacement will be processed if we receive products with missing accessories, product with tampered packaging or if we find any signs of damage like scratches or signs of usage on the product.Our courier partner will arrange for the pickup of the product and its original packaging.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Customer is dissatisfied with the product’s look, sound quality, or appearance, provided the product is free from defects.
- Physical damage that is not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Products damaged due to user mishandling, including electrical surges, misuse, or accidents.
- Product damaged due to natural calamities.
Please note that no returns or refunds will be provided. However, if the product has a functional defect, a replacement can be requested in line with applicable warranty by lodging a complaint on https://www.govo.life/.
Cancellation Policy
We are committed to assisting our customers to the fullest extent and have therefore adopted a flexible cancellation policy. However, please note the following exceptions under this policy:
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the orders have been confirmed and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Products purchased during special occasions or as part of limited-time offers are not eligible for cancellation, as these are exclusive promotions with specific terms.
Product Pricing
- The prices listed on our website are current and reflect the most recent updates. Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, occasional errors in data entry or updates may occur due to technical or human factors. In the rare event that an order is placed based on an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If such a situation arises, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund of the amount paid.
- Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Factors such as market fluctuations, supplier costs, or promotional adjustments may influence price revisions.
- All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers using credit/debit cards or other payment method, the transaction amount will be converted to your local currency based on the exchange rate applied by your card-issuing bank or payment gateway. Please note that additional charges, such as foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees, may be levied by your bank or financial institution. - Orders are confirmed and processed based on the prices displayed on the website at the time of purchase. The final amount billed will reflect the price in effect at the time of payment receipt and invoice generation. Out of Stock Situations:
- Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, then we will try to provide the best possible resolution however we are liable to process the refund.
Delivery of products:
We are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Below is a detailed overview of our delivery process, policies, and guidelines to help you understand how we handle your orders:
- Orders are shipped from our own warehouses, third-party warehouses, or partner stores/offices located across various regions in India. We strive to deliver your products within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt. The exact delivery time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. You will receive timely updates regarding the status of your order, including shipping and delivery information, via email or SMS.
- Orders are delivered through our in-house delivery team, third-party courier and logistics companies, or postal services, depending on your location and the nature of the product. Deliveries are made based on the availability of time slots with the delivery partner and the customer’s convenience. You will be informed in advance to schedule a suitable delivery time
- All deliveries require a signature/ OTP upon receipt to confirm that the order has been delivered successfully. If someone other than the person who placed the order signs/ receives on behalf, for the delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from this. Please ensure that the recipient at the delivery address is authorized to accept the package.
- Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage or issues immediately.
- If you encounter any shortages or damages to your order, you must report the issue to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. The shortage or damage must be clearly noted and signed on the Proof of Delivery (POD) copy, which should be returned to the delivery person. Please report such issues through the “Contact Us” page on our website or by reaching out to our customer support team directly.
- In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request. We will investigate the matter with the delivery partner and keep you informed of the resolution process.
- If a product is undelivered or returned to its origin, customers are entitled to receive a full refund against the invoice. This condition is applicable only on products without any custom engraving.
Delivery Charges:
- Delivery Charges Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
- Shipping charges Rs. 99/- levied on orders having transaction value below Rs. 999/-.
