OVERALL PRODUCT IS AWSOME. BUT ONLY ONE THING I NOTISED THAT IN PRODUCT IT SHOWS THAT SOUNDBAR HAS THREE CONNECTION PORTS LIKE (HDMI arc, AUX, OPTICAL, USB) BUT IN ACTUAL IT HAS ONLY THREE CONNECTION PORT. MEENS NO {OPTICAL} PORT

It's performance was so good and the sound was like a theatre hall sound .
It's controlling was also so good .
It has 4 portability modes
1. Bluetooth
2. HDMI
3. USB
4. AUX

I don't know about its service because I have no problem on my item
