   GoBuds 400 delivers an amazing call quality experience, since it comes with ENC (environmental noise cancellation) feature, which eliminates all environmental noise and delivers your voice clearly.
3. Can we accept calls on GoBuds 400?
   Yes, GoBuds 400 accepts calls just by tapping once on the earbud’s MFB.
4. Is audio available in both ears during the calls?Yes, during a call the audio is available in both ears.
5. What is the exact use of the case?
   The case works as a charging and holding case for the buds.

   Yes, GoBuds 400 earbuds have passive noise cancellation.
7. Are GoBuds 400 earbuds water proof or sweat proof?
   GoBuds 400 are IPX4 sweat-resistant. However, the buds need to be completely dried before placing them back in the case to maintain their long life.

    GoBuds 400 are best suited with Bluetooth V5.3. However, they also support smartphones with Bluetooth V4.2 as well.

13. How much time does it take to charge the GoBuds 400?
    GoBuds 400 charging case takes up to 90 minutes to fully charge while the earbuds can take at max 30 minutes to fully charge after they are placed in the case.
14. Do GoBuds 400 earbuds have fast charging provision?
    Yes GoBuds 400 earbuds have 2C fast charge provision. Enjoy 120 minutes of playtime just by placing them back to the case for 10 minutes.

16. How do I check the GoBuds 400 battery level?You can check the battery level of the GoBuds 400 on your smartphone. Go to the notification bar and look at the bluetooth icon. The battery level is mentioned under it. The battery indicator flashes while charging and turns solid when fully charged.
17. Can I charge GoBuds 400 with my PC/Laptop?Yes, you can charge the earbuds with your PC/laptop. Though it is advisable to use the charging cable provided with the device.
