First i got a complaint product and i replaced it and its working well

Battery lasts really well which is one of the reasons why i bought this product

So I've been using this neckband for 2 months now. I initially planned to write a review after 6 months, but here it is.

I'll keep it simple, this neckband may not be the best but it's definitely better than many other Bluetooth ear sets available in market in and above this price range. You can go for it. (by earset I mean earbuds neckbands headphones all combined)

Performance wise there are no cons but there are some design features which I think is sometimes annoying(but that's a personal taste, nothing of a deal breaker).

Here's how it is for me:
Battery last long(3-4 days on heavy use) and charges 0 to 100 in just 30 mins so it's never a problem.
Never had problems while talking to someone on call, they can hear you clear.
If you are buying it for gaming, it does have gaming mode but all bluetooth have some latency no matter the device so maybe look for a wired one, but if the game is casual then it'll be ok.
Music experience is also good, one thing I'll specifically mention is, bass in this neckband is just👌
Build quality is also good, no compromise there.
And range is also good, it doesn't distort even outside the room .

One more thing, if you are in a quiet room with barely any sound then you'll notice slight hiss sound from neckband which stops after some time if no sound played(it's due to ENC), don't worry or complain coz every bluetooth sets with ENC or ANC have this and is more or less noticable on almost all.

Customer care also seems reliable (never needed it, but instead they reached me to check if I have registered the warranty and also some sweet offers😋).

Some more details:
To turn off the neckband, you need to hold power button which also opens Google assistant if released on first beep and keep holding it to turn off. (It'll be very helpful if you use it, but a bit annoying for me who never use it😂)
If you don't want/like much bass, you can always download or use inbuilt equaliser in your phone to reduce bass.

There is some distortions at 100% volume but it can be ignored as it gets already too loud at 70%.(I go max 80% in bus with all engine and traffic noise and it's enough at 30% in an ambient environment).

It supports 2 devices at once but you can only listen to one device at once and other will be muted meaning media will play but you won't hear until you pause audio from first device.

Once it's at or below 10% charge, it'll give low battery reminder every few seconds when turned on, but that's ok coz it charges in no time.
You can't use it while charging, it automatically turns off, also gets a bit warm because of asap charge.

It plays music signals and combination of red/blue light for different conditions(and a female voice for turning gaming mode on or off)

One last thing, if you are buying this neckband, You have to register it online to avail your warranty.

The earphones are quite good, they don't distort sound even at full volume. It has nice bass for its price range. They provide 2 additional earcups and a type c wire for charging.
The mic is also decent and works well for receiving calls. The fast charging is also working amazingly.

Superb one for day usage and with one time full charge it withstand for 3days.

Sound quality - 4/5 (For this price range it's really good, the lows and mids are very nice than the highs the instrument seperation is also very good, one thing that could have been tuned would be the vocals because they are bit low in a average volume of 70-80 only after 85 they are getting punchy)

Awesome product good quality and good sound experience

The sound output is good, battery life is excellent. The only suggestion I have is: the neckband will b much better if the length is shortened little bit as I find it is little longer than necessary. Otherwise overall the neckband works really well
