Your order details might not have been recorded in our system. The refund will be credited to your account within the next 5-7 days.

Considering the current emphasis on health and safety, we exclusively welcome prepaid orders to reduce physical contact. You have the flexibility to make payments through the following channels: - Credit/Debit Card Payment - Net Banking - Wallets: PhonePe, Amazon Pay, FreeCharge, Payzapp - UPI/QR.

For account holders:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Visit the order management page: Order Management Page
  • Cancel the desired order.

If you don't have an account, create one at Account Registration and then follow the same steps mentioned above.

Before the order is dispatched, you have two options for updating the delivery address:

  • Cancel the order on the website and place a new order with the correct address.
  • Reach out to our customer care team from here to request a change in the delivery address. Please note that the delivery address cannot be modified once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancel your order on the website before it is dispatched, and then reorder with the preferred product color. Note that once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, the product color cannot be changed.

  • If you ordered through Amazon, FK, or any other ecommerce platform, find your invoice in the order details section of your account on the respective website where you made the purchase for GOVO products.
  • For orders placed directly on the GOVO website, please login to your account at Account Orders or reach out to Customer Service for assistance: Complaint Registration

Upon receiving the shipping confirmation, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days. We strive to expedite the delivery of your order at all times.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp notification containing the tracking number. To track your order, you can visit your account on the website and click on "Track your Order" here. If you are already a registered user, log in to your account to track your current and past orders. For guest users, we recommend creating an account using the same email address used during the guest checkout. Please be aware that there may be a delay of up to 4-6 hours before the tracking information is updated.

After your return shipment reaches our warehouse, well send you an email to confirm the receipt of the package. The refund for your returned items will be processed within 30 days of receiving the return package.

We don’t accept returns once products are sold. However, if the product is damaged or defective, we will arrange replacements as per our policy.
