1: What should you do if one of your GoBuds stops functioning?

Simply reset your device. Take the earbuds out and tap the Left or Right touch panel 5times.

2: What steps should be taken if the GoBuds are not charging?

Set aside the GoBuds and connect your charging case for 15 minutes. Then, return the GoBuds to the charging case. To charge the case, plug one end of the charging cable into the case and the other end into a USB port. The blue light indicates that the charging case is being charged. Once the charging case is fully charged, the light will turn off. Note: The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case. Charge the GoBuds at least once a month when they are not in use for a long time.

3: How do we stop and resume playing music?
